Ordering & payment

Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. You can pay by card via Stripe or with PayPal — both are global, bank-grade payment providers. Your card or PayPal details are entered on their secure pages and are never stored on our servers. Look for the padlock and https:// in your browser — your connection is encrypted end to end.

Are your prices tax-included?
Yes — prices are shown in your local currency, all taxes included (VAT). Delivery is free and already included; nothing is added at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel any time before your order ships — just contact us quickly with your order number. Once it's on its way, our 30-day return applies.

Shipping & delivery

Do you deliver to my country?
We ship across the European Union, plus Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. A few regions are excluded (islands and overseas territories of France, Italy, Spain and Portugal). Full details are on our Shipping & delivery page.

How much is delivery?
Nothing extra — standard delivery is free and already included in the product price.

Will I pay customs fees?
Within the EU, no. For Switzerland, Norway and the UK (outside the EU customs union), your order may be subject to customs duties or import VAT set by the destination country — where they apply, these are the customer's responsibility. We flag this up front.

Can I track my order?
Yes — every order ships with tracking, so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
You have a full 30 days from delivery to return an unused item if it's not right — beyond your legal rights. Full conditions on our Returns & refunds page.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quick check, we refund within a maximum of 5 business days, to your original payment method.

Who pays return shipping?
You do, except when the fault is ours (damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete item) — then it's on us.

Is Todeco a real, established company?
