Terms of service

1. Who we are. This website is operated by Global Diffusion Limited (registered office: RM 1301, 13/F., Prosper Commercial Building, 9 Yin Chong Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong), fiscally represented in France (201 Rue Carnot, 94120 Fontenay-sous-Bois, France; VAT FR 87 851350207) — referred to as "we", "us" or "our". By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Using the site. You confirm you are of the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree not to use our products or the site for any unlawful purpose, not to break any applicable laws (including intellectual-property laws), and not to transmit any harmful code. Serious breach may end your access.

3. Products, prices & availability. We show colours and images as accurately as we can, but your screen may display them differently. We may limit quantities, restrict sales by region, or discontinue a product — and prices and product details may change at any time without notice.

4. Prices & payment. Unless stated otherwise, prices are final, in your local currency, all taxes included (VAT). Standard delivery is free and included in the product price. Deliveries to countries outside the EU customs union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom) may incur customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country; where they apply, these are the customer's responsibility. Payment is taken via the methods shown at checkout — card (via Stripe) and PayPal; it is due when the order is placed.

5. Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit quantities per person, household, card or address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you using the details you provided.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns. As a consumer you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, and in addition we offer a 30-day commercial return on unused items. Full conditions, costs and procedure are on our Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Personal data. Your data is handled in line with our Privacy policy.

8. Errors. The site may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including on price, description or availability). We may correct them and change or cancel affected orders — including after an order is placed — except as required by law.

9. Warranties & liability. The service and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Severability & whole agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms and the policies posted on this site are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.

11. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your EU country of residence — nothing here removes them. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or submitted to the European Commission's EU consumer dispute resolution platform.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting changes here; continued use after changes means you accept them.
