Your privacy matters. This policy summarises, in plain language, what we collect and why. The data controller is Global Diffusion Limited (fiscally represented in France; VAT FR 87 851350207).
- What we collect: what you give us to place an order or contact us (name, address, email, order details) and standard technical data your browser sends (server logs), used to run and secure the site.
- Why: to process your orders, provide support, run and protect the site, and — only with your consent — send you our newsletter.
- Who we share it with: only what's needed to fulfil your order — our carrier (to deliver) and our payment providers, Stripe (card payments) and PayPal (PayPal payments), to take payment securely. Each acts as an independent controller for the payment it processes and may carry out its own fraud and risk checks under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your data.
- Security: the site uses SSL/TLS encryption; payment details are handled directly by Stripe or PayPal and are never stored on our servers.
- Your rights (GDPR): access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — exercisable any time by contacting support@todeco.com.
- Newsletter: single opt-in; unsubscribe any time via the link in any email.
- Cookies: strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and — only after your consent — audience-measurement and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
This policy reflects the tools we actually use today — Stripe and PayPal (payment) and our newsletter. If we add another processor, we will update this page. For any request about your data, contact support@todeco.com.
