- Assemble each vertical post by stacking the top base, hanging connector, spring-loaded inner rod, perforated lever, required 40 cm sections, final rod and bottom base.
- Press the metal button to fit each tube together until it clicks, then align it with the corresponding hole.
- Set the vertical post 2 to 3 cm beyond the required height, compress the spring and position it straight between the floor and ceiling.
- Assemble the horizontal bar with its bases, 22 cm connector, 40 cm section and 18 cm section; add or remove a 40 cm section if needed.
- Connect the horizontal bar between the two vertical posts and check that every component is secure.
