Why choose this dance pole

Dance with pole at home: ways to train
Home training
Turn a suitable room into your personal training space and practise your moves at your own pace.
Static and spinning moves
Move from fixed work to spins to vary your exercises and progress through different moves.
Strength, core and fitness
Use the bar as support for developing strength and core stability through suitable exercises.
Room with a rigid ceiling
Install it in an indoor space where a rigid ceiling allows secure pressure-fit installation.
Temporary installation
Enjoy a no-drill setup in a suitable indoor space after checking its stability.
Pole dance pole design and adjustment
Switch from static to spinning mode using the base adjustment mechanism. Progress from fixed moves to spins and strength exercises at home.
The chrome-plated steel bar has a smooth mirror-effect finish. Silicone joints on the dome and base help improve grip and limit scratches, while the non-slip base helps keep the bar in place.
Designed as a dance pole without ceiling fixation, it suits beginners and experienced users, whether men or women. Installation requires two people and must be carried out only on a rigid ceiling, with clear space around the bar.

Install a pole without ceiling fixation
- Have two people ready and remove all protective film without using a sharp tool.
- Extend the bar adjustment I by 2-5 cm, insert it into bar G, then secure both screws with the hex key.
- Insert bar G into its cover and connect it to bar I by turning it anticlockwise.
- Place the base in the bearing housing, align mark Y with the screw, then secure it.
- Add the bar sections required for the chosen height and secure the inner rod.
- Install the dome, place the base on the floor and raise the bar to the ceiling.
- Adjust the cover, rod and nut to achieve the necessary pressure, then replace the cover.
- Before use, loosen the static/spinning screws on both sides of the axle without removing them completely, and check alignment with mark Y.
Choose a pole fitness pole for your room
- Check that the ceiling is rigid and is not false, suspended or non-rigid.
- Consider the floor: carpet, wood and soft surfaces can reduce stability.
- Allow clear space of approximately 3.0-3.5 m in diameter for rotations with arms extended.
- Have two people ready to position the bar at full height.
- Check that the dome is completely flat, the bar is vertical and the base is correctly aligned before tightening.
Maintaining your dance pole
- After prolonged use, if noise appears during spinning, lubricate the corresponding joints.

Dance pole: your questions answered
Can I install this dance pole under a false or suspended ceiling?
The instructions specify installation only beneath a rigid ceiling.
Is a no-drill dance pole stable during moves?
The bar is held in place by pressure between the floor and ceiling, but stability depends on correct installation. The dome must sit completely flat, the bar must be vertical and the tightening must be checked before progressing to moves without a foot on the floor.
Will this dance pole stay stable on wood, carpet or a soft floor?
The instructions state that carpeted, wooden or soft floors can affect stability. Always check that there is no movement before use.
Do two people need to install this pole at full height?
The instructions require two people: one person lifts the bar and holds it in position while the other adjusts and extends the height.
Could this pressure-fit pole mark my ceiling or floor?
To reduce the risk, place the dome completely flat and align the bar correctly before tightening.
How do I adjust the height of this pole dancing pole?
Choose the suitable setup using the 12.5 cm, 25 cm and 50 cm extensions, then use the lower screw and the included hex key. Final adjustment must leave the dome flat against the ceiling.
What is the maximum load for this dance pole?
The maximum load supported is 200 kg. This limit does not replace checking stability and tightening before every session.
How much space do I need around a pole for spinning?
The instructions recommend a circle of approximately 3.0-3.5 m in diameter for beginners. Keep the area clear so you can spin with your arms extended without hitting objects.
Can a spinning pole become noisy?
After prolonged use, noise may appear during spinning movements. The instructions then recommend lubricating the corresponding joints.
Is the chrome finish slippery for pole dance?
Chrome-plated steel provides a smooth surface, but never use oil or lotion on your hands or body before a session: this can make the pole dangerously slippery.
Is this dance pole suitable for beginners?
Yes, provided you progress gradually. Start by checking the tightening, practise a turn with at least one foot on the floor, and progress only when the bar does not move and you have mastered each basic move.
