How to assemble your football training net
- Assemble the base frame and top bar by fitting the tubes together according to the arrows in the diagram.
- Attach the plastic caps to the ends of the tubes.
- Release the support rod with the knob if rod 7 is already inserted into rod 8.
- Install the net with the red markers positioned at the top.
- First attach the net to the 4 corners, then secure the remaining hooks around the perimeter.
- Adjust the desired angle using the mounting clamp on the support rod.
