The Cable Lat Pull in Detail
This lat pulldown cable system can be installed on a strength-training cage, pull-up bar or sufficiently sturdy ceiling beam. The overhead support must be genuinely strong and correctly secured before every workout.
Adjusting the cable lets you set the working height for your chosen movement. Instead of the pulley-and-belt setup some users look for, this system uses two coated steel cables measuring 1.8 m and 2.3 m.
Vary your exercises with the two handles, the 70 cm triceps rope or the 38 cm straight bar. The system is suitable for training the biceps, triceps, chest, lats and rear deltoids, including a straight arm pulldown workout.
The loading pin accepts standard plates and Olympic plates with the included adapter. Weight plates and the overhead support are not included.

How to Install the Pulley System
- Secure the pulley support to a sufficiently sturdy bar or beam.
- Connect the cable to the fixed lock and carabiner system using the two U-bolts.
- Use the standard pin for standard plates, or add the included adapter for Olympic plates.
- Connect the carabiners to the pulley, cable, loading pin and selected attachment.
- Pass the adjustable cable through the fixed lock, set the height, then tighten the lock and screw inside the protective ring.
Choose a Lat Pulldown Setup for Your Support
- Make sure your cage, pull-up bar or ceiling beam is sufficiently strong for a suspended installation.
- Keep the maximum supported load of 120 kg in mind.
- Plan to provide your own weight plates: standard and Olympic plates are compatible with the included adapter.
- Measure the usable space according to the 1.8 m and 2.3 m cables and the height of your support.
- Choose the attachment that suits your exercise: the two handles, triceps rope or straight bar.
Lat Pulley Maintenance
- Before every use, check that the two U-bolts are holding the cable securely.
- Fully tighten the fixed lock and screw so the protective ring cannot loosen or move.

Lat Pulldown System FAQs
What can I attach this high pulley to?
Only attach it to a strength-training cage, pull-up bar or sufficiently sturdy ceiling beam. The overhead support is not included.
What weight plates work with this low pulley system?
The included pin is compatible with standard plates. The plates themselves are not included.
What is the maximum weight for this cable lat pulldown system?
The maximum supported load is 120 kg.
How do I set up the pulley cable system?
Adjust the cable to the desired height.
Is this as stable as a frame-mounted lat pulldown machine?
This is a suspended system, not a dedicated frame-mounted lat pulldown machine. Its stability therefore depends directly on the strength of the overhead support and the correct tightening of the fixings.
Will the height and range of motion suit every space?
They depend on the chosen support and the length of the two included steel cables: 1.8 m and 2.3 m. Check the available space before installation.
How does the lat pulldown system work?
It offers two exercise modes, lifting and downward pulling, by adjusting the lifting loop and steel-cable configuration. The pulley rotates 360°.
Does this pulley-and-belt system come with a warranty?
The product warranty is listed as none. The two U-bolts, fixed lock and protective ring must be tightened correctly before every use.
