The gas heater in detail
This gas heater delivers fast, adjustable warmth when a power outlet is not available—on a terrace, balcony, patio, backyard or in a large, very well-ventilated indoor space.
Select your heat manually across 3 settings: 1.50 kW for a gentle boost, 2.75 kW for added comfort or 4.20 kW for colder conditions, with indicative coverage of 25 m², 55 m² and 82 m² depending on the setting.
Unlike a gas condensing boiler, this model is not designed to heat a room permanently. It is a portable supplementary heater for occasional use outdoors or only in a very well-ventilated space.
The box contains the essentials for connecting the gas supply: appliance, hose, low-pressure regulator and instructions. You will need a compatible 5 kg or 11 kg cylinder.
Installing your supplementary gas heater
- Unfold the unit by following arrows 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- Secure the top plate with 2 M4 screws, then the bottom plate with 4 M5 screws.
- Attach the curved rear plate, then secure the top plate with 2 M8 nuts using a wrench.
- Install the piezoelectric ignition button toward the spark and check its position by turning it with half pressure.
- Place the cylinder on the rear support and secure it with the cover plate.
- Fit the supplied low-pressure regulator to the cylinder and tighten the nut with a suitable wrench.
- Connect the flexible hose, no more than 0.5 m long, between the regulator and the heater's gas inlet.
What to check before buying this economical supplementary heater
- Check that the space is outdoors or very well ventilated: this product is not suitable for enclosed rooms.
- Plan for a compatible 5 kg or 11 kg cylinder containing butane, propane or a butane/propane mixture.
- Keep the flexible hose no longer than 0.5 m and use only the supplied regulator.
- Maintain a distance of 1 to 2 m from people during operation.
- Do not buy this product for a bedroom, corridor, stairwell, vehicle or space below ground level.
- Choose this model if you want manual power selection without a thermostat or automatic programming.
Gas heater maintenance: essential steps
- Cleaning, maintenance and servicing must be carried out by the manufacturer or qualified personnel.
- Use only original replacement parts.
- Clean the casing with a damp cloth and a mild water-based product.
- Store the appliance upright in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Store the gas cylinder separately when the heater is not in use.
- Replace the gas hose at least every 5 years, according to the hose date marking.
