Pull Up Bar for Complete Home Workouts

A Pull Up and Dip Station for Home Workouts

Turn a solid wall into a workout space for your back, arms, chest, triceps and core. The high-density foam handles, covered in textured rubber, provide a more comfortable and stable grip.

The complete installation kit includes the required screws, expansion bolts, wall brackets and assembly tools, along with the user manual. The structure can be removed after the wall brackets have been fixed.

Install Your Pull Up Bar on a Solid Wall

  1. Mark the desired height on the wall with a ruler and pencil.
  2. Align the upper brackets in parallel and allow the recommended 40 cm spacing, without exceeding 48 cm.
  3. Drill the holes to a depth suited to the length of the expansion bolts.
  4. Insert the bolts without fully tightening them, then place the main structure on the installed brackets.
  5. Position the lower brackets on the rail, mark their holes, remove the structure, then drill and insert the bolts.
  6. Place the station back on all four brackets, firmly tighten the screws and bolts, then check alignment and stability.

How to Choose a Pull Up Bar for Home

  • Check that the wall is solid concrete, solid cement, solid brick or solid tile.
  • Do not install the station on hollow brick, perforated brick, drywall or sandwich panels.
